How would you  handle this situation?

A seller  listing his property with you,  says, “That closet is locked and no-one is to open that door”.  Would you take the listing without knowing what is behind the door?  Your mind is racing with curiosity: maybe it’s a hidden grow-lab for a marijuana operation; or a meth lab; or perhaps the seller is hiding a material defect in the physical condition of the property such as a leak in the roof.

Most likely you would insist on a look-see  into the closet.
